Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery area

Delivery is within Germany. International deliveries are available upon request and will be confirmed with a customized shipping quote .

Shipping service provider

Shipping is generally handled by DHL . We reserve the right to choose an alternative service provider in justified individual cases.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process . For international orders, we will provide the specific shipping costs as part of the individual quote.

Delivery times (goods)

  • Germany: Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2 – 5 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
  • Abroad: The delivery time will be communicated individually in the offer .

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together – unless otherwise agreed – in one shipment. The delivery time will then be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Performance deadlines (services)

For individually agreed quilting services, specific deadlines apply, which we specify in the respective quote. Depending on the order situation and volume, turnaround times may vary.

  • Unless otherwise stated, claims arising from the concluded contract are due for payment immediately .
  • If you choose advance payment/bank transfer, we will send you the bank details by email after you submit your order .
